People have largely been disappointed due to the film’s not convincing VFX and the unrealistic look of various characters including Saif Ali Khan as Raavan. With a beard, fierce eyes and a buzz cut, Vikram Vedha actor’s Lankesh seems barbarism personified and many called out the filmmakers for the apparent Islamisation of Ravana.
The makers have requested not to watch the teaser on mobile screen, go watch it on a TV, and watch the movie in theatres, let the film reach the theatres.
