Actor Suchitra Pillai is in news for her Naqab.
We met her and asked, ” What’s so special about Naqab ?”
She said, ” Naqaab is a Voice drama or it’s better to pronounce it’s an audiobook, which is available on Audible”.
“What’s the story line and concept of Naqab?” I asked her. She spoke, “Naqab is very interesting, I am damn sure you’ll love it. Infact It’s a psychological thriller about psychologist Margot Scott and her various patients and family members.”
I asked, ” Why are you so sure about it’s success as you just said that we’ll love it ?”
She replied, ” I and our production team has experienced Naqab as a very interesting and entertaining product.” “Please tell us something more about the story.” I requested, Suchitra Pillai replied, “Well, Margot Scott and his various patients and family members, keep telling her lies. One of those lies catapults the whole story into a major thing, that brings the psychological thriller aspect to it. Naqab is very special for me as well because I get the opportunity to play every character.”
“You have worked in films, tv shows and stage plays, how was this new experience?” I asked her, She spoke, ” Yes, It’s all voice so it’s more intense than being on stage or being in front of a camera because you don’t have your face or any expressions to tell the story. I had to create everything through my voice, and the out put was more than satisfactory.”
