ALIA BHATT BUYS FLAT FOR RS. 38 CRORE

Alia Bhatt has bought a flat in Vastu Pali Hill building on Pali Hill, Bandra, Bombay for around Rs. 38 crore. A stamp duty of Rs. 2.26 crore was paid on the new purchase in the name of Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt. Ltd., the production house of the actress.

The 2,497 sq. ft. apartment was sold to Alia by Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt. Ltd. Vastu Pali Hill is the same building in which Alia’s husband, Ranbir Kapoor, had purchased a flat for Rs. 35 crore in 2016.
