Unveiling ceremony of a book on Actor- Politician Raj Babbar held in Gwalior

A book titled ‘Raj Babbar- Dil mein utarta fasana’ based on the life of Actor-Politician Raj Babbar was unveiled at Tansen Residency in Gwalior in presence of the Chief Guest Raj Babbar recently.
The book is written and edited by a senior journalist and writer Harish Pathak.The Book has covered almost all the known and unknown facts related with
the life of one of the finest actors of the Indian Film Industry Raj Babbar, who is being lauded by netizens for his latest Web series Happy Family.
On the occasion Raj Babbar shared his memories
of earlier days, he said, ” I belong to a middle class family, being the eldest amongst siblings I had the responsibilities to earn for the family, therefore I thought to do a job, after 12th standard I lied and said
to go Patiala for my further studies and went out of the town to apply a vacancy but instead opting for studies or job I joined a drama academy.
My initial days in Mumbai wasn’t easy, they were full of struggle.
I use to get one thousand for a film.” He said, ” I haven’t achieved such a position on which a book should be written but Harish Pathak believes that and I am thankful to Harish Pathak for the published book.”
In the book Harish Pathak has included some of the write-ups and memories of renowned people associated to the Film Industry like the senior most journalist of Mayapuri Sharad Rai, Raja Bundela,

Raj Babbar is considered as one of the finest actors of the Indian Hindi and Punjabi film Industry. Actor Raj Babbar joined politics very early, that effected his film career as he became very active leader and wasn’t able to give much time to the Tinsel Town.
He is still active with Indian National Congress. Raj Babbar is a three-time member of the Lok Sabha and a two-time member of the Upper House of the Indian Parliament. He was the President of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, apart being a Politician he often take out time for his first love acting, as currently he is being seen in a popular Web series Happy Family and there are some more under production as well.
