Wrong movies are being sent for Oscars : A R Rahman

Two-time Academy Award (Oscar) winner Musician A.R. Rahman, the Pride of India feels wrong movies are being sent for the Oscars from our country, resulting in Indians losing in the final selection.

The living legend further said, “Sometimes, I see that our movies go till the Oscar (but) they don’t stand Victorious. Wrong movies are being sent for the Oscars,” the singer, lyricist, music composer The greatest A R Rahman said in a chat with musician Subramaniam.
Rahman said,
“And I am like, DON’T. We have to be in another person’s shoes. I have to be in Westerner’s shoes to see what’s happening here. I have to be in my shoes to see what they are doing.”
