Globally famous actor Priyanka Chopra made a comment on Bollywood groupism.
Priyanka Chopra said, ” Groupism was the reason I moved to Hollywood.”
She was also looking for a way out of Bollywood. Priyanka added, ” I was being pushed into a corner in the Film Industry- Bollywood. I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of the politics and I said I needed a break.”
Priyanka Chopra put allegations on the Indian Film Industry aka Bollywood, few months ago.
Now it’s actress Taapsee Pannu who has accepted the allegations of groupism in Bollywood she said, ” I admit that Bollywood camps do exist, it’s been there since forever, it depends on an actor’s friend circle, certain agency or group that they are a part of and people’s loyalties differ based on that.
However, I doesn’t hold any grudges against the industry or blames anyone for being biased towards outsiders. Everyone should have the right to choose whosoever they want to work with, or have in their films as they are investing their hard earned money and they have rights to select whom they trust more.”
Rightly said Taapsee, it’s all up to the choice, as they might trust someone else.”
