going on floor ?

Every now and then there comes a news that xyz film’s sequel or Frenchise is going on floor, but maximum announced sequels, recently haven’t gone on the floors, it looks like Filmmakers are doubtful about the success of their frenchise/sequals.
Maximum announced such films are of Akshay Kumar and unfortunately his movies are not doing well, it’s obvious makers aren’t ready to gamble on a star whose day’s aren’t going good.
Now one other film’s sequel has been announced, it claims that audience will get the chance to witness the duo of Akshay Kumar and John Abraham, they will collabrate on screen again for the sequel of Desi Boyz !
Talking about the film, Desi Boyz is a 2011 romantic comedy directed by David Dhawan’s son Rohit Dhawan. The film starred Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh in lead roles, while Sanjay Dutt featured in an extended cameo. Although that film didn’t do well at the box-office, but the makers said, ” We have learned in the past and this time Desi Boyz will have much better story with an improved screenplay.

Let’s wait and watch to see the progress of the said sequel.
