Court to hear Javed Akhtar and Kangana Ranaut related case sooner

Queen of acting, Kangana Ranaut has suddenly started appreciating and speaking nice about the very senior author and lyricist Javed Akhtar but they stand against each other in the court of law, the case of defamation was filed by Javed Akhtar against Kangana months ago, now a magistrate court in Mumbai has allowed the application filed by Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar, in which he sought an early hearing of his case against actor Kangana Ranaut. The court will now hear Javed Akhtar’s complaint on March 23.

The magistrate court had last heard the case on November 23, 2022, and the next hearing was said to be on April 19, 2023. Complaining that it has been nearly five-month adjournment given in the case, Akhtar’s lawyer, Jay Bharadwaj said, “The complainant is of a senior citizen, it would be in the interest of justice that the date of the matter may kindly be preponed.”
