Anurag Kashyap is unarguably one of the finest Directors of the realistic Cinema, he is known as one of the bravest filmmakers in Indian Film Industry as well. Anurag has made some of beats film’s that have won the hearts of the masses. Readers might not know that he was to direct Salman Khan ’s Tere Naam, but before the shoot happens he was kicked out of the project for an unknown reason.

Anurag Kashyap smiled and unvealed, “Yes, this is true but before I could go for shoot I got fired from that film because I dare to ask the superstar (Salman Khan) to grow chest hair. I wrote the film and after writing it, I was asked to leave Tere Naam.” Anurag took a pause and continued, ”
Tere Naam was based on the backdrop of Agra/Mathura. You won’t see people shaving their chest hair in those town, I was making Tere Naam with a superstar and I went against the stardom, probably. ”

,Water,Yuva, Shool and many more.
He has directed films such as Black Friday, No Smoking, Dev D, Gulaal, Bombay Talkies, Mukkabaaz, Bombay Velvet.
Infact he is a maker of films that are labelled as Parallel Cinema, but his movies are liked by class and mass as well.
